Friday is here!  YAY!!!  Friday is probably one of my favorite days!

So today I think you should add these to your to-do list:

This weekend is jammed packed (as summer weekends usually are) but I'm thrilled to hop on my bike and start riding away.

The bike ride will definitely be a challenge; but it will all be worth it in the end.

If you are in the DFW area and have connections at news stations, radio stations, newspapers, etc I would love to utilize your resources.

The more I can spread the word about this cause, the more money we can raise, research can improve, patient advocacy can improve and WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
