Friday is here! YAY!!! Friday is probably one of my favorite days!
So today I think you should add these to your to-do list:

This weekend is jammed packed (as summer weekends usually are) but I'm thrilled to hop on my bike and start riding away.
The bike ride will definitely be a challenge; but it will all be worth it in the end.
If you have any ideas on how we can better promote this ride and cause please email me and let me know!
If you are in the DFW area and have connections at news stations, radio stations, newspapers, etc I would love to utilize your resources.
The more I can spread the word about this cause, the more money we can raise, research can improve, patient advocacy can improve and WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

Hey! One suggestion would be to write out Dallas Ft. Worth for DFW. I had to search pretty hard to find out where the ride is :) {From Canada, my US acronyms are horrible}
